BMW M3 F80 Rear Arch PPF Replacement - OEM Size

Replace the worn or discoloured factory rear arch PPF on your BMW M3 F80 with our pre-cut OEM-size replacement kit.

The visible coverage follows the original BMW stone guard, but our pattern includes extended fitting edges that wrap into the rear door opening and around the wheel arch. This creates a cleaner finish without leaving exposed edges on the panel.

Replacement PPF for the BMW M3 F80

The original rear arch film fitted to the BMW F80 M3 can become yellow, dull or damaged over time. It also has noticeable texture and heavy orange peel, which can make the rear quarter panels look different from the surrounding paintwork.

Replacing it with high-quality PPF restores a clearer and more consistent appearance while continuing to protect this vulnerable area from stone chips and road debris thrown from the front wheels.

Every kit is plotted in-house by On Track Detailing for consistent accuracy. The film arrives pre-cut, so no cutting is required on your vehicle.

OEM-Size Coverage with Wrapped Edges

This kit retains approximately the same visible height and shape as the original BMW rear arch stone guards. Unlike the factory pattern, additional material is included around the fitting edges so the film can wrap neatly into the door opening and wheel arch.

You receive the discreet appearance of the OEM-size piece with a cleaner, more secure installation.

This is usually the best option for cars still wearing their original factory film. It is also suitable for rear quarter panels with stone chips outside the existing PPF, as the replacement follows the original protected area rather than covering chipped paint.

High-Gloss or Matte PPF

The high-gloss film has a smooth, clear finish with minimal added texture. It is self-healing from light scratches and swirl marks, has a hydrophobic top coat and is covered by a 12-year manufacturer’s warranty.

A matte version is available for BMW Frozen paint, satin PPF and matte vinyl wraps. It retains the original satin appearance and is covered by a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Both films are designed to resist yellowing, cracking and delamination.

OEM Size or Taller Coverage?

Choose this OEM-size kit if you want to retain the original appearance or if the paint surrounding the factory film already has visible stone chips.

Our extended-height BMW M3 rear arch PPF kit covers a larger section of the rear quarter panel. The taller version is best suited to clean or recently repainted panels because existing stone chips underneath the additional coverage may remain visible.

What Does the Kit Include?

Each kit contains one pair of pre-cut PPF. One for the left rear arch, one for the right rear arch.

An installation kit containing the application solution and squeegee can also be added when ordering.

Installation Guidance

Watch the installation video before starting. It covers preparation, removal of the original film, adhesive-residue removal, positioning,  and the correct fitting technique.

Install the kit in a clean, sheltered area and make sure the paint is free from dirt, wax and old adhesive. Extra care should be taken when removing factory PPF from any panel that has previously been repainted.
