The Ferrari 458 Speciale is the type of car where preserving the condition of the original finish is particularly important.
This low-mileage example came to us for complete full-car Paint Protection Film rather than simply protecting the front bumper and bonnet.
Every painted exterior panel received PPF, creating a sacrificial physical barrier between the factory paint and stone chips, road debris, light scratches and minor everyday scuffs.

A Full Front installation protects the areas most exposed to road debris, but valuable and low-mileage vehicles can benefit from protection elsewhere too.
Doors, rear quarters and other surfaces remain susceptible to accidental contact, washing marks and minor scratches even when annual mileage is relatively low.
Full-car PPF provides a more consistent level of physical protection while allowing the appearance of the paint underneath to remain the focus.
Modern self-healing PPF can recover from many fine surface marks when warmed by sunlight or gentle heat.
This is particularly useful on vehicles where repeated machine polishing of the original paintwork is best avoided.
Routine maintenance also becomes less stressful because the protective film becomes the first surface exposed during washing rather than the original clear coat.
Once the PPF installation was complete, Labocosmetica HPC Pro ceramic coating was applied.
The coating improves water behaviour and helps reduce contamination bonding to the film, making ongoing maintenance easier.
The two products perform different jobs. PPF provides the physical barrier while Ceramic Coating primarily assists with surface behaviour, gloss and ease of cleaning.
We also handled the transport requirements for the Speciale.
For valuable or low-mileage vehicles, enclosed transportation can allow the complete process to be managed without adding unnecessary road miles or exposing the car to motorway debris immediately before or after protection.
Full-car PPF is not necessarily required on every Ferrari. Depending on the car and how it will be used, Full Front or extended coverage may provide a more proportionate solution.
