*This is an option purely if you are looking for protection, please note there is no machine polishing and no swirl marks or other paint defects will be removed. This is a purely budget option offered if desired, it is not recommended however we appreciate some people have a limited budget and want their car to have some nice beading and ease of washing.
We only use brands we trust. Gtechniq, Labocosmetica and Gyeon give proven protection and a finish that lasts.
Ceramic coating is the easiest way to keep your car cleaner for longer while protecting the paint from UV rays, dirt and light scratches.
Ceramic coating and paint protection film (PPF) are both used to protect your car’s paint, but they work in different ways. Ceramic coating adds a hydrophobic layer that makes cleaning easier and keeps the paint looking glossy for 3-5 years.
PPF is a layer of clear film, that is applied to body panels to protect the paint from stone chips and deep scratches. We use ProFilm PPF, which is self healing and protects your car up to 12 Years.
If you want protection from everyday use and easier maintenance, ceramic coating is ideal. If you want to protect your car against chips and heavy road use, PPF is the better choice although many people choose to combine the two for full coverage.
You can read a full breakdown of the pros and cons in our blog post: PPF or Ceramic Coating – Which is Better
Or see both in action on this Lotus Evora project where we installed PPF and applied ceramic coating together: Lotus Evora – PPF + Ceramic Coating
Epsom drivers choose us because we’re focused on doing the job properly, not rushing cars in and out. We’re family‑run, work with coatings we’ve tested ourselves and prepare every car carefully so the protection lasts through daily use and motorway miles.
