Paint Protection Film (PPF) for cars is the most effective way to protect your paintwork against stone chips, scratches, and more!
Paint Protection Film (PPF) and ceramic coating are both popular ways to protect your car’s paintwork. They serve different purposes, and choosing the right one depends on how you use your vehicle and what level of protection you're looking for.
PPF is a physical, self-healing film that acts as a barrier between your car’s paint and the environment. It protects against stone chips, scratches, swirl marks and scuffs, making it ideal for track cars, daily drivers and vehicles exposed to harsh conditions.
Ceramic coating, is a liquid-based coating that bonds chemically with your car’s surface. It adds hydrophobic (water-repellent) and UV-resistant properties, making your car easier to clean while enhancing gloss, but it doesn’t provide the same level of physical impact protection as PPF.
In many cases, the best solution is to combine both. PPF for high-impact areas, and ceramic coating over the top for added gloss and ease of maintenance.

Still have questions? Below are answers to some of the most common queries we get about PPF, installation, film types, and long-term care.
Get A Free QuoteInstallation times vary depending on the package and your car. A Front End Plus package usually takes 2 days. A Full Car installation can take around 7 days. We’ll confirm the exact timeframe before we begin.
PPF is designed to be subtle. Most edges are wrapped and the film is nearly invisible from a short distance. For a fully hidden install, we offer advanced packages with trim removal upon request.
Yes, we can install PPF over magnetic number plate mounts, although in rare cases it may affect the finish. We recommend removing the magnets during washing and letting the area dry before reattaching.
For most modern cars, no. We use a precision plotter and software to cut film to size before application. If your vehicle has aftermarket parts or a unique shape, manual trimming may be required and we’ll discuss this with you beforehand.
Some minor moisture or marks may appear immediately after installation, especially in cooler weather. These usually fade within a few weeks with regular driving and mild heat.
Yes, we offer a warranty transfer service that includes a full inspection and care handover. This helps ensure the new owner understands how to maintain the film. The service costs £149.
